CM Schemes Punjab (“we”, “us”) operates the website at cmschemespunjab.pk. This policy is maintained by the site owner and applies to every page and feature on this domain. You can reach us at info@cmschemespunjab.pk with any privacy question.
Information you give us
- Account details — when you register we store your name, username, email address and an encrypted password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text.
- Submitted content — schemes, job alerts and article drafts you send for review, along with the account that submitted them.
- Messages — anything you email us or send through the contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp, used for security and abuse prevention.
- A session token stored in your browser so you stay signed in. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.
- Aggregate traffic statistics (page views, popular categories) which are not linked to an individual identity.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and to display your submissions to our moderators.
- To notify you about the status of content you submitted.
- To detect spam, fraudulent listings and abuse of the platform.
- To understand which sections readers find useful so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below or where required by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries: one to keep you signed in, one to remember your light/dark theme preference, and — where advertising is enabled — cookies set by our advertising partners. Data retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Published content remains part of the public archive. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details and unpublish any content that has not already been edited into our archive.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email info@cmschemespunjab.pk from the address registered to the account and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This site is intended for adult job seekers and applicants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
